For the purposes of correct understanding and acceptance of the following General Terms of Transaction and Sale, where from now on the term “our company” or “the company” is mentioned, it means the sole proprietorship of Elena Maria Michou tou Georgiou, which is based in Platonos, Municipality of Chalandri, Prefecture of Attica, with VAT number 135045647 and GEMI number 148254747000.

The trademark Pavone Rossa is a legally registered trademark of the company, as well as the domain name www.pavonerossa.com.

About our products:

The colors of the actual products may vary slightly from the images. We do our best to ensure a realistic result, but again the display of colors may vary from one device to another.

Each pair of glasses is as unique as the wood from which it was created, with its distinct shade and beautiful ‘waters’. The handmade process guarantees that no other pair will be the same as the previous one, as a unique result of craftsmanship.

Our company takes all the necessary measures for the safe packaging and transport of the products and bears no responsibility for damages caused during the transport or opening of the packaging, due to the fault of the transport company or the customer.

Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted:

1. After contacting us within 14 days of receiving the product and notifying us either by phone +302106823046 or via e-mail: info@pavonerossa.com by completing the relevant form that you will find here.
2. When the original sales document accompanying the product (invoice, retail receipt) is presented.
3. When the product is in its original condition, the Pavone Rossa logo label (stickers/tags) has not been removed, it has not been damaged and it has not been used, with all its accessories, accompanying forms and its packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item. Otherwise, we have the right not to accept the return and the product will be returned back to the customer-sender at his own expense.
4. In case the buyer withdraws from the purchase of the product, he must return it within 14 days of receiving it and the costs are borne by him. If the product is in perfect condition and without defects, then the customer/consignor is entitled to receive the money paid for the purchase of the product.
5. If the product shows a defect within 14 days of its receipt, in terms of the operation or failure of some material, the customer should notify us immediately and is entitled to repair or replacement with another product of equal or lesser value or in case of non-availability with another new product of similar quality and price and not a refund. In this case, the return of the product will be made with the transport company that our company cooperates with and the customer will not be charged for transport provided that the return of the product will be made within the previously mentioned period of 14 days from its receipt. If the return is made within 15-30 days from the date of receipt, then the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
6. If the product has been sold with a gift, then it must be returned together with the gift.
7. In case of return for exchange, shipping costs are free (valid for one time). In the case of a return for cancellation, the return costs will be borne by the customer. Exchanges are only made for products of equal or lesser value and no refunds are given.

8. In the event that the customer wishes to cancel his order, he should notify us of his intention either by phone +302106823046 or via e-mail: info@pavonerossa.com .

If the product has not yet been shipped by us, one of our partners will take care of canceling the order and inform the customer of all the steps to follow. If the product has already been shipped, the cancellation procedure described above (paragraph 4) will be followed.

Delivery Methods / Shipping Costs

A. WITHIN GREECE

– ELTA COURIER A.E. can serve customers from all over Greece.

– Shipments are made with ELTA COURIER A.E. and are free for purchases over 60 euros.

– If purchases are under 60 euros, shipping costs are charged to the customer.

– If the customer wishes to cooperate with another carrier than the one we cooperate with, he should notify us in time with his order either by phone at +302106823046 or by e-mail: info@pavonerossa.com .

– Orders, if the products are available, are shipped within 3 working days.

– In the event that the order cannot be executed due to force majeure (e.g. strikes, weather conditions, etc.), then we will contact you, either by phone or by e-mail.

– Shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

B. OUTSIDE GREECE

Shipping costs for abroad will be calculated depending on the country of destination and will be carried out either via DHL Express (€10) or via ordinary mail (€5), depending on the customer’s choice that will be declared during the order.

For purchases over €100 via regular mail, or over €180 via DHL Express, there are no shipping charges abroad. Ownership of the product passes to the buyer upon full and complete payment and risk is transferred upon delivery. The goods travel on behalf of the customer.

NOTE:

Once you have completed your order on the website or via e-mail, within the same day, you will receive a confirmation of the products you ordered in your e-mail.

In the event that one of the products you selected for your order is not available, then we will contact you either at the e-mail address or at the telephone numbers you have indicated. If, again, it is not possible to contact you within 7 days of your order, then your request is canceled and you will have to send us a new order.

– throughout Greece payment in cash, at the time of delivery by courier service. The delivery of the order is subject to the prior payment of its cost and any shipping costs. Deliveries are not made on weekends and holidays.

Contracts and Orders

Pricing-Shipping Costs

The sales prices of products in Euros mentioned on the www.pavonerossa.com website are those in force at the time of placing the order by the buyer, including VAT and any other taxes. The selling prices of the products can be modified at any time by our company with a relevant announcement on the website before the pricing of the product. The buyer will be informed by personal message of any changes before ordering.

These prices do not include shipping costs, which are billed in addition to the price of the products purchased. Ordering products automatically entails an obligation to pay the amount of the order on behalf of the Consumer. The products are priced at the amount of their value at the time of submission of the order by the consumer. The availability of the products is communicated to the buyer at the time of placing the order by personal message, which the buyer is asked to confirm. Since the information comes directly from our suppliers, changes or errors may occasionally occur.

In any case and in the possibility of total or partial unavailability of products after an order, the customer will be informed by telephone on the contact number he has indicated during registration or by personal message to his contact e-mail, about the products that are out of stock and regarding the partial or total cancellation of his order and the cancellation of the possible corresponding charge.

Order

Each order means the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the acceptance of the General Terms of Website Use, Personal Data/Privacy and Use of Cookies without any reservation regarding these terms and any special agreements between the parties.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to correct possible errors in the order.

From the moment the buyer confirms his order by clicking on the “Complete” icon (bottom right of “the order”), he is considered to be aware of and to have fully and unreservedly understood the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the prices, the proposed time and delivery costs for the volume and quantities as well as the proposed products for sale and purchase by the buyer. The completion of the product ordering process entails an obligation to pay the cost of the order on behalf of the Consumer/customer. The sale is completed when the buyer places the order. Our company will confirm the order by sending a relevant email to the buyer’s email address.

Our company reserves the right to cancel or suspend the entire order or its delivery, regardless of its nature and level of performance, in the event of non-payment or partial payment of any sum owed by the buyer, in the event of fraud against the payment or in the case of fraud or attempted fraud when using the www.pavonerossa.com page.

All orders, including taxes and mandatory contributions, are payable in Euros. Any overdue unpaid amount will accrue interest at the statutory default interest, immediately from late payment.

Warranty/Liability

Our company guarantees the good functioning of its products.

All products sold on the website are free from any legal or factual defect. Products that may be modified, repaired, or in any other way processed by the buyer are excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not apply to worn or damaged products resulting from transport or due to poor and inappropriate use. The guarantee is provided for a period of one (1) year. After the end of this period or repair, the replacement of the products is possible for an additional fee after a new agreement with the customer.

Liability-Jurisdictional Capacity

Before placing the order, the buyer declares that he has the full legal capacity that allows him to contract in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Our company cannot assume any responsibility regarding the verification of the legal capacity of its visitors or buyers. Consequently, if a person does not have the legal capacity to order products from the www.pavonerossa.com website, their legal guardians (parents, guardians) will take responsibility for this order and especially its repayment.

Limitation of Liability

Our company bears no responsibility for any loss or delay, if the non-compliance with its obligations is due to events of force majeure, that is, events that are not within its will and control and could not have been foreseen, as defined by Greek legislation.

The present General Terms are considered essential by the parties, and they accept their faithful observance and waive their right to challenge any of them.
