Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only:
1. After contacting us within 14 days of receiving the product and notifying us either by phone +302106823046 or by e-mail: pavone.rossa@gmail.com by completing the relevant form that you will find here.
2. When the original sales document accompanying the product (invoice, retail receipt) is presented.
3. When the product is in its original condition, the Pavone Rossa logo label (stickers/tags) has not been removed, it has not been damaged and it has not been used, with all its accessories, accompanying forms and its packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item. Otherwise, we have the right not to accept the return and the product will be returned back to the customer-sender at his own expense.
4. In case the buyer withdraws from the purchase of the product, he must return it within 14 days of receiving it and the costs are borne by him. If the product is in perfect condition and without defects, then the customer/consignor is entitled to receive the money paid for the purchase of the product.
5. If the product shows a defect within 14 days of its receipt, in terms of the operation or failure of some material, the customer should notify us immediately and is entitled to repair or replace it with another product of equal or lesser value value or in case of non-availability with another new product of similar quality and price and not a refund. In this case, the return of the product will be made with the transport company that our company cooperates with and the customer will not be charged for transport provided that the return of the product will be made within the above period of 14 days from its receipt. If the return is made within 15-30 days from the date of receipt, then the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
6. If the product has been sold with a gift, then it must be returned together with the gift.
7. In case of return for exchange, shipping costs are free (valid for one time). In the case of a return for cancellation, the return costs will be borne by the customer. Exchanges are only made for products of equal or lesser value and no refunds are given.
8. In the event that the customer wishes to cancel his order, he should notify us of his intention either by phone +302106823046 or by e-mail: pavone.rossa@gmail.com.
If the product has not yet been shipped by us, one of our partners will take care of canceling the order and inform the customer of all the steps to follow. If the product has already been shipped, the cancellation procedure described above (paragraph 4) will be followed.
