Shipping Methods

Products are sent door-to-door by courier and delivered safely to the address you specify within two to three working days from the day of payment of the order.

www.panonerossa.com does not accept any liability in the event of a delay in delivery due to extreme weather, strikes and force majeure, in which case the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay lasts.

Shipping charges are calculated and suggested on the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. The customer has the possibility to choose the type of document he wants (retail receipt or invoice), by filling in the corresponding field on the website.

Delivery Methods / Shipping Costs

A. WITHIN GREECE

– ELTA COURIER A.E. can serve customers from all over Greece.

– Shipments are made with ELTA COURIER A.E. and are free for purchases over 60 euros.

– If the purchases are under 60 euros, the shipping costs of 3€ are charged to the customer.

– If the customer wishes to cooperate with another carrier than the one we cooperate with, he should notify us in time with his order either by phone at +302106823046 or by e-mail: pavone.rossa@gmail.com.

– Orders, if the products are available, are shipped within 3 working days.

– In the event that the order cannot be executed due to force majeure (e.g. strikes, weather conditions, etc.), then we will contact you, either by phone or by e-mail.

– Shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

B. OUTSIDE GREECE

The shipping costs for abroad are €5 by ordinary mail, or €10 by DHL Express, depending on the customer’s choice that will be declared during the order.

For purchases over €100 by regular mail abroad, there are no shipping charges.

For purchases over €180 with DHL Express abroad, there are no shipping charges.

Ownership of the product passes to the buyer upon full and complete payment and risk is transferred upon delivery. The goods travel on behalf of the customer.
